William McReynolds

William H. McReynolds, age 76, of Blue Rapids, passed away Friday, May 20, 2022, at Bryan Medical Center West in Lincoln, Nebraska.

William was born October 15, 1945, in Independence, Missouri, to John and Florence B. (Ipson) McReynolds. He attended Blue Rapids High School.  William worked for Pyramid Manufacturing in Onaga and then Travalong Trailers in Waterville, retiring in 2007.

William enjoyed reading science fiction and mystery novels.  When he was younger he loved to go fishing.  He also loved to laugh at a good pun or witty comeback.

Survivors include his brother Owen McReynolds, a niece Angela Fensom and a nephew John M. McReynolds.  He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother John McReynolds. 

A private inurnment will be held at Fairmont Cemetery in Blue Rapids.

Memorials are suggested the charity of the donor’s choice in William’s name.
