Robert Larson

Robert Larson, age 77 of Kansas City, passed away Friday, July 24, 2020.

He was born on March 26, 1943 and grew up in the MayDay community, graduating from Clay Center Community High School.

He attended Kansas State University where he was a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity and received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He moved to Kansas City and was a long time employee of IBM.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Anna Larson and his brother, Bruce Larson.

He is survived by his cousins, Wendell Eggerman of Clay Center, Jon Larson of Clay Center, Nancy Ryan of Clay Center, Marie Bauer of Texas, Russell Pargett of Omaha, Doug Whetstine of Denver and his special friend, Ellen Johnson of Kansas City.

A private graveside celebration service will be held at the MayDay Cemetery. The Anderes-Pfeifley Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
