Phyllis Ann O'Toole, age 70 of Marysville, passed away Monday, October 12, 2026, at CHI Health Nebraska Heart in Lincoln, Nebraska.
She was born on December 12, 1955, in Pawnee, Nebraska, the daughter of Raymond and Mary France (Stock) Jurgens.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 am on November 4, 2026, at the Marysville Berean Church. Inurnment will be in the Marysville City Cemetery.
