Margaret A. Campbell

Margaret A. Campbell, age 67, of Fargo, North Dakota died Wednesday, October 17, 2012, at the Eventide Lutheran Home. She was born on August 3, 1945, at El Dorado, Kansas the daughter of Charles and Mary Dixon. She graduated from Leon High School and graduated from Kansas State University in 1969 with a degree in French. Margaret was married on August 19, 1967, at Leon, Kansas, to Larry Campbell. She was a member of the 1st Congregational United Church of Christ in Fargo. Margaret was a homemaker and sang with the Fargo-Moorhead Opera Company. She is survived by her husband Larry Campbell of the home in Fargo; one son, John Campbell and wife Aaste of Fargo; one daughter, Sara Campbell of San Diego, California; one brother Charles Dixon of Leon, Kansas; her mother in law, Bea Campbell of Riley, Kansas; her grandchildren, Morgan and Ethan Campbell, and Karisa Campbell; one great grandson Anthony Campbell-Robinson, and several other relatives and special friends. A family visitation was held on Wednesday at the Holmes-Pfeifley Funeral Home in Riley, Kansas, with Rev. Bill Eisele officiating. Burial was at the Riley Cemetery.
