Judd Winter

Judd Thomas Andrew Winter, age 41 of Manhattan, passed away on December 18, 2025.

He was born on November 27, 1984, in Wamego, the son of Thomas and Annette (Gallup) Winter. He attended Riley County Grade School and graduated from Riley County High School in 2003.

Judd is remembered as incredibly kind and funny. He was happiest when surrounded by family and close friends. He brought joy and light to every room he was in and was affectionately known as “Uncle Bucky” by his beloved niece and nephew. Judd was also a doting cat dad to Duke, whom he adopted in 2024.

He is survived by his parents; his sister, Courtney Minton (Mitch Webster); a niece, Adelaide, and a nephew, Landon (aka Gus).

A private celebration of his life will be held at a later date.

Memorials may be made to the Judd Winter Memorial Fund, to be designated by his family. Contributions may be left in care of the Anderes-Pfeifley Funeral Home.
