Darin Rundquist

Darin Mark Rundquist, age 52 of Leonardville, passed away June 23, 2019 at his residence.

He was born on March 29, 1967 in Colorado, the son of Dolan Paul and Barbara Ann (Trumpp) Rundquist.

Darin was a natural caregiver and devoted the last several years to taking care of his parents.  He had a tender heart for animals and enjoyed being outdoors hunting, fishing and golfing.

He is survived by his sister, Krista Schoonover and husband Jerry of Loves Park, Illinois; his niece, Jessica Schoonover of Loves Park, Illinois and many extended family members.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Rundquist on June 8, 2015 and his father, Dolan Rundquist on September 26, 2016.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 1, 2019 at the Alert Covenant Church with Pastor Dwight Diller officiating.  A luncheon will be held at the church immediately following the service.  Private family inurnment will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alert Covenant Church.  Contributions may be left in care of the Anderes-Pfeifley Funeral Home.
