Dana Thowe

Dana Michelle Thowe, age 51 of Topeka, died Thursday, February 7, 2019 in Topeka.

She was born on January 22, 1968 in El Dorado, the daughter of Robert Lee and Nadine Carol (Beck) Thowe.  She graduated from Manhattan High School.

Dana was an artisan.  She enjoyed making jewelry and arranging flowers.  In her early years, she was a part of the Sharon Washington Dance Studio in Manhattan and worked in the floral department in Dillons.  She was a longtime friend of Bill W.

She is survived by her mother, Nadine Thowe of Topeka; her brother, Tim Walker of Topeka and her nephew, Charlton Williams of Topeka.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Thowe and one brother, Chuck Walker.

Cremation is planned with a Celebration of Life Service and inurnment in the Riley Cemetery to be held at a later date.

The Anderes-Pfeifley Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
