Carol Ann Pagan, age 71 of Waterville, passed away on July 4, 2026, at Community Memorial Healthcare in Marysville.
She was born on March 24, 1955, in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Noverto and Nicholasas Dora (Zavala) Ramirez.
A Celebration of Life for Carol will be held from 4-7 pm, Thursday, August 20, 2026 at the Waterville Community Building.
