Brett Jackson

Brett Robert Jackson, age 42 of Blue Rapids, passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2026.

He was born on November 14, 1983, in Marysville, the son of Robert and Patsy (Townsdin) Jackson. He graduated from Valley Heights High School.

Brett built trailers for Titan and Landoll and worked at Koch and Company in Seneca. He was a member of the Blue Rapids United Methodist Church and loved to fish and hunt.

He is survived by his mother, Patsy Jackson of Blue Rapids; two children, Savannah Jackson and Steel Jackson, both of Frankfort; four siblings, Jamie Easterberg and husband Craig of Clay Center, Travis Crum of Kansas City, Buck Jackson and wife Chelsea of Frankfort, and Samantha Rottinghaus and husband Dusty of Axtell, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Jackson.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on May 30, 2026, in the Prospect Hill Cemetery, north of Blue Rapids.
