Louis Billy Lee Edwards

Louis Billy Lee Edwards, age 56 of Blue Rapids, passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2019.

He was born on August 11, 1963 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, the son of Billy Lee, Sr. and Nadine Alcie (Wilson) Edwards.

Louis worked for Sharp Manufacturing, finishing the inside of trailers. 

He enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening.

He is survived by his father, Billy Lee Edwards, Sr. of Blue Rapids; two brothers, Billy Lee Edwards, Jr. of Blue Rapids and David Enoch and wife Mary Sue of Mt. Pleasant, Arkansas; three sisters, Linda Haecker and husband Joe of Blue Rapids, Kathryn Adkins of Waterville and Cynthia Adkins and husband Arnold of Blue Rapids; one step son, Dustin Lund of Wichita; one step daughter, April Goodman of Topeka and several nieces, nephews and step grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Nadine Edwards and his step son, Jeremy Schurle. 

Viewing is from noon to 8:00 pm, Monday, with visitation between 6:00 and 8:00 pm, at Terry-Christie Funeral Home in Waterville. Graveside services are at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 3, 2019 in the Prospect Hill Cemetery, north of Blue Rapids.
