Peggy E. Wagoner

Peggy E. Wagoner, age 69, of Blue Rapids, passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2019, at Frankfort Community Care Home in Frankfort.

Peggy was born August 29, 1949, in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas to Clarence A. and Ruby A. (Lamons) Wagoner.

She worked as a nurse’s aide most of her life.

Survivors include her three daughters; Kimberly L. Rhea of Jefferson City, Missouri, Pamela A. Rhea of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina and Tammy L. Rhea of St. Louis, Missouri, ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents and a brother Gail Wagoner.

Visitation will be noon to 1:00pm, Tuesday, July 30, 2019, followed by a graveside service at Cottage Hill Cemetery, south of Waterville. Burial is at Cottage Hill Cemetery.

Memorials in her name may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
